If your item is faulty or damaged please kindly email us with a photo of the faulty/damaged item.
You can then post back the item within 14 days in original packaging.
Please Note: There are no returns for any engraved items so please make sure your details you want put on any engraved items is correct before sending information.
Returns Shipping cost is at customers expense.
Once returned item is received back you will receive a full refund of the product price.
You will be notified once your parcel has been received and when your refund has been processed.
