Cannot thank Karena enough, Bonnie's first Groom went brilliantly, as I've heard such horror stories about Toy Poodles first experiences. But with Karena's genuine love and care of the dogs coming through this has made for future enjoyable Grooms for both Bonnie and us. We have already been bringing our Maltese Shih Tzu Brandy for years and with another new addition being added in the next six months we will be bringing all three dogs ongoing. Cannot praise Karena enough for all the years that I have had my dogs with her for Grooming & Minding. Have alway been very grateful.

When I was looking for a Minding care place for my little Murphy I really struggled to find somewhere that I was conformable leaving her, but as soon as I went to Ozzy Dog Care and met Karena, I felt like it would be her home away from home. Murphy runs through their door when I drop her off and makes herself right at home. She gets as many cuddles and love as she does at home and I cannot recommend Ozzy Dog Care highly enough. I have never had her groomed anywhere else either... Love it !!

I cannot say how much I appreciate Karena and the love she shows our babies when we leave them with her. Karena has been grooming our girls for over 4 years and I am so grateful that she has moved to the Marsh from Point Cook. In our time with Karena she has not only provided what I believe to be the best Grooming service but also the best Minding service. We had one of our babies terminally ill which required some extra care which Karena happily did for us. While we were away Karena would send us photos most days of how she was going and we could see that she was very well taken care of. Karena does a fantastic job! I have a very large hairy Golden Retriever and he has never looked and smelt better then since going to Karena. She is the best I've ever found with De-Shedding and weeks later he still smells Devine. She is quick and very lovely to deal with as well. She takes the time to go above and beyond, removing grass seeds and all!! Would highly recommend.

Over the last few years we have used Ozzy Dog Care solely for the Minding of our 2 small dogs. We have been very impressed with the care that they have received and have never had any problems with how they were looked after. The dogs are welcomed into Karena's home and virtually have the run of the house. They are kept in the best condition and always fed as requested. During their stays they have often been groomed at our request and we have been more than pleased with how Karena has groomed them. We wouldn't consider taking our dogs anywhere else.

I have been using Ozzy Dog Care for over 5 years now and could not be happier. Karena has always done an excellent job of washing and clipping Oscar our Maltese. Grooming with Day Stays has been very useful when I have had a lot on. ODC Minding is our first choice if we are going away on holidays because Oscar will have one on one attention and walks that he has been used to. Highly recommend if you have a dog.

Our beautiful Golden Retrievers Maggie & Coco have been going to Karena at Ozzy Dog Care every month for the past 8 years. I was lucky to find her, in our local area. I drop the girls off on the way to work for grooming and they stay the day with her and come home looking beautifully groomed and smelling a million dollars. Our girls are now mature old dames and have arthritis so that limits their movements, however Karena has been wonderfully gentle in accommodating the limited mobility of the girls and they still race up to her front door every month for their visits. Ozzy's has become like an extended family member for the girls, they love going there.

Karena has been our groomer since Quincy the Cavoodle was a puppy. That was 7 years ago and we faithfully saw Karena during that time. Rosie my Maltese and I have been clients of Karena's for 5 years. Being time poor I was disillusioned with the length of time bigger salons took to groom my dog. I don't have 3 hours! Karena has Rosie washed, clipped and dried in an hour. Rosie is not a fan of being groomed, and Karena takes good care of her and gives me feedback upon pick up. Ozzy Dog Care has been my trusted go to grooming salon for my dearest dogs. I've tried other big name grooming salons but they always seemed to be lacking a little personal touch. Just like you would in trying to find the perfect hair dresser for yourself, you often want to look for a place that is not only professional but also personable and Karena is both. I have two Maltese Shih Tzu dogs who are regularly tended to by Karena, my dogs aren't particular fans of grooming yet I trust they are well looked after when I leave them at Karena's door.
